Liquid applied waterproofing has become increasingly popular over the past few decades, thanks to its versatility, aesthetics and long-term performance. Today, high performance liquid systems are available to protect a wide variety of substrates, including roofs, balconies, walkways and car parks.
Liquid Roofing Systems offer a fluid-applied, seamless waterproofing finish and are therefore particularly well suited to roofs with complex detailing requirements. They are also ‘cold-applied’, which can be important where client preference or site conditions preclude the use of ‘hot works’ or naked flames during installation. Modern liquid roofing systems can offer an effective ‘overlay’ solution, and can also be installed as a complete new system in conjunction with vapour control, insulation and other accessories.
